This one is important…The BlueClaws, in conjunction with the American Red Cross and Press Communications radio stations (Hit 106, the Breeze, Thunder 98.5), will be hosting a blood drive on July 11th at FirstEnergy Park, 7am - 2 pm.

The grand prize: Four tickets to a Phillies game (fifth-row behind the Phillies dugout) with limo service to and from the game.

We’ll also have prizes from the stations, autographed merchandise, and much more. The radio stations will be holding contests to see which station can register the most participants. Winners will be selected to win prizes including first-pitches at BlueClaws games.

In talking with Anthony Tornetta of the Red Cross, he noted that the Red Cross relies heavily on high schools and colleges to bring in their blood, so the summer months is always a tough time to generate the blood needed, which is why this is so important. Thanks for your help.
