New Closer…After picking up the save in the first two games of this series, Lakewood almost certainly will not have BJ Rosenberg today. If Lakewood has a close lead late, look for Ryan Bergh or Jared Simon at the back.
The Like the Lights…The lights on the poles, not the sun…Lakewood is just 9-10 in day games this year, but 51-29 at night.
The Other Flyin Hawaiian…Troy Hanzawa is 14-34 and 29-83…He is hitting .312 since May 1st after hitting just .194 in April.

11;59: Bomb…Ryan Lavarnway over the left-center field wall…4-0…his 13th home run of the year.
12:10: ‘Claws on the board…Hamilton a perfect hit and run and Mattiar drives in Murphy with a groundout…4-1.
12:20: Will Middlebrooks goes deep…2-run shot over the CF wall…6-1.
1:04: BAllestas went 5 (6 runs, 5 earned)…McConnell gives up a 2-run 6th inning home run to Will Middlebrooks…8-1 Greenville.
1:23: Roth on for McConnell…has a 1-2-3 eighth inning…Akashian replaces d’Arnaud and Mintken replaces Mattair…top 8.
1:52: Final was 8-1…Not much to talk about here…TJ Warren had 3 hits and 2 steals…5-2 on the trip so far, Jesus Sanchez tomorrow.
