Welcome back…Lakewood has lost three of four to start this series w/ LCO, series finale tonight…game notes…audio

Sanchez…is 7-1, 1.96 over his last ten starts, and he has won five of his last six starts.

6:55: Green jerseys for Irish Heritage Night…time to rock and roll.

7:26: No score top 2…Sanchez a 1-2-3 first.

7:38: Two in the inning for Lake County, one on a hit by Allman and another on a 1st/3rd double steal…nice play. Runner Webb came home from 3rd when d’Arnaud threw through.

7:54: Sanchez allows a runner on a strikeout wild pitch and then a run on a ground ball…he works out of the inning though and now its 3-0.

8:11: Another strikeout wild pitch, but Webb was cut down at the plate after trying to score on a double…great relay from De Los to Hanzawa to d’Aruand, however another double scores a run….4-0 bot 4.

8:35: Two more for Lake County, Karexon Sanchez swinging at a 3-0 fastball drives in two with a base hit to center…6-0…Sanchez 5 IP, 9 H, 6 R/ER…his worst outing in a few months.

8:40: Only in the Asbury Park Press 5th inning could Anthony Gose ground into a double play.

9:17: 6-0 Lake County…Lakewood has just one hit, a d’Arnaud double, that was frankly questionable.

10:08: Final was 6-0…3-6 homestand, 3-8 last 11 games…off to Savannah, we’ll have more tomorrow, good night.
