Jesus Sanchez throwing today for Lakewood. When he gets the 3rd out of the first inning, he will double his career inning output. Lefty Nate Nery for Delmarva.

1:28: Short outing for Jesus Sanchez…he allowed three runs in the first inning, all of whom were the first three batters of the game, all of whom walked. He lasted only 2/3 of an inning, coming out after reaching 40 pitches.

1:39: Travis d’Arnaud goes yard…2-run shot…3-2 ‘Birds.

2:14: Delmarva adds two on a double steal…5-2 in the 3rd.

2:18: The pork roll, egg and cheese characters had a tough time dealing with the wind today. The white part of egg almost blew away. It would have been a pork roll, cheese, and yolk race.

2:45: Unearned run added for Delmarva, they lead 6-2. The BlueClaws scored 5 runs in their first three games.

3:25: 5 in the 6th for Delmarva…11-2. Looks like a 1-3 start for Lakewood.

5:05: Hilight of day…kids running after easter eggs. ‘Claws lose 14-5.
