Commenter LeeAnn in our previous thread noted Tuffy Gosewisch’s promotion to Lehigh Valley. Gosewisch, an outstanding defensive catcher, was with the BlueClaws in 2007 and this is his first crack at Triple-A.

A 2005 11th round pick (Arizona State), Tuffy was hitting .244-1-20 with Reading before his promotion, and will get to catch at Lehigh Valley now that Lou Marson has been traded to the Indians.

Tuffy is a great guy and we wish him the best of luck with Lehigh Valley.
