Rookie Career Development Program

MiLB.com has a neat video about the annual Rookie Career Development Program, which takes place this week near Washington, DC. They teach top prospects, ones that could reach the big leagues in 2009, about different things that are of high-importance at that level, such as dealing with the media, financial responsibility, and anti-drug initiatives.
