		<description>It&#039;s great to see organizations with a focus on youth performing well. Although the Yankees won the World Series with some big names (Sabathia, A-Rod, etc.), they couldn&#039;t have made it there without homegrown players like Robinson Cano. 

Some of the teams with the highest payrolls are now spending on young player evaluation, and it&#039;s paying off. The &#039;08 and &#039;07 champs had even more recent draft picks contributing, with guys like Utley leading the way for the Phillies, and Jacoby Ellsbury igniting the Red Sox lineup.</description>
