The Rotation

Tony Graham of the Asbury Park Press talked to BlueClaws manager Dusty Wathan last night, and Wathan revealed the five-man BlueClaws rotation that will open the season.   • Tyler Cloyd: 5-4, 4.57 ERA with W’port last year
  • Jacob Diekman: 3-5, 5.42 ERA with Lakewood & 1-4, 4.40 ERA with W’port last year
  • Jason Knapp: 3-1, 2.61 ERA with GCL Phillies last year, highest Phillies pitcher drafted (round 2)
  • Robert Roth: 7-2 with W’port and mid-season NYPL All-Star last year, Thursday would be his day (he pitched yesterday)
  • Jesus Sanchez: converted catcher has pitched one professional inning
