7:30: That was a bomb hit by Justin Bloxom out into the tiki bar in right-center. Good thing it wasn’t a Thirsty Thursday. 1-0 Suns.
8:04: Just back from the Tweet-Up out in centerfield.
8:18: Gump’s second outfield assist of the season, gunning down Brett Newsome trying to score from 2nd on a base hit. So still 1-0 and onto the bottom of the 5th.
8:40: Not much going on here, still 1-0 bottom of the 6th. Colvin has allowed four hits and no walks.
8:51: Colvin out after 6 2/3. His last batter was his first walk (four hits and five Ks).
9:27: Singleton intentionally walked with 1B open in the 8th and Valle popped out with the bases loaded.
9:42: Jiwan James, his second walk-off hit of the year, a single to deep center to score Buschini. Buschini had tied the game with a double, driving in Brian Gump, who led off the inning with a triple. Got it?
